G663:2022 Telecommunications – Emergency Communications Protocol

This Guideline has been developed to facilitate efficient interactions between the telecommunications industry and relevant Australian Government agencies when events cause major disruptions to telecommunications services. The Guideline constitutes a Common Operating Model for telecommunications disaster management to underpin the efficient interaction between Australian Government agencies, telecommunications Carriers/CSPs (C/CSPs) and energy suppliers.
